This week on Covered In Style, we’re entering our elevated era. Think grace meets polish, quiet confidence meets loud presence.
Elevated chic isn’t about labels or luxury price tags. It’s about intention. The art of choosing pieces that whisper sophistication while still letting your personality do the talking. It’s about pressing your clothes, knowing your fabrics, and letting gold jewelry catch the light just so.
Because modesty, at its core, is already elevated. It’s poise, refinement, and quiet power. We’re just here to remind you that you don’t need to do the most to look like the most.
Plus, don’t miss this week’s challenge, where we’ll show you one styling rule you can use to elevate your wardrobe.
Let’s get into it →

Meet Dyana Bratz — a Haitian and New Jersey-based content creator who has mastered the art of making minimalism feel major.
Dyana is the definition of elevated chic. She can take the simplest outfit and turn it into a look worthy of the runway or the very least, the front row. Her fashion sense commands attention without ever asking for it, and the best part? It’s effortless.
Whether she’s pairing a tailored blazer with a sleek skirt or showing us how to style sneakers with a suit, Dyana proves that refinement doesn’t mean restraint. It’s about presence and knowing how to show up softly and still make a statement.
That’s why we sat down with her this week to get the secrets behind her polished, powerful style and learn how we can all tap into our elevated chic era without sacrificing comfort, confidence, or modesty.
The theme for this week is Elevated Chic. “Elevated chic” can mean different things to different people. How would you define the aesthetic in your own words, and how do you bring it to life through modest fashion?
To me, elevated chic is about presence; wearing pieces that are intentional, sophisticated and timeless. Modest fashion is a perfect example of elevated chic.
My modest girlies are all about grace and quiet confidence. Personally, I like to elevate my look by choosing quality fabric, accessories, and making sure I always look finished.
When it comes to elevating an outfit, what’s one styling rule you always follow and one you love to break?
One styling rule I always follow when elevating my outfit is adding small touches like gold jewelry, a belt, nice shoes, or a structured bag. Those little details instantly pull everything together. And one rule I love to break? Wearing sneakers! I’d absolutely pair them with a dress or even a tailored suit. It’s the perfect mix of comfort and elevated chic.

Elevated chic is all about looking polished without trying too hard. What are three effortless details that instantly make your look feel refined?
Three effortless details that instantly make your look feel refined: pressed/ ironed clothes, timeless accessories, and keeping your nails and hair done.
Modesty naturally brings a sense of elegance to fashion. How do you blend that with modern trends to keep your style fresh but still timeless?
I think it’s important to wear what makes you feel good and confident while prioritizing modesty. You don’t need to chase every trend. If it doesn’t fit, don’t wear it. If it compromises your modesty, don’t buy it.
I follow fashion trends that align with my modest lifestyle through layering, texture, or accessories. If something doesn’t fit my personal style, I leave it alone. And honestly, layering is every modest girlie’s best friend. We can throw a blazer over a slip dress and still look elegant, elevated, and modern.

What’s your go-to outfit when you want to feel confident, graceful, and put-together — the kind of look that says, “I didn’t come to play”?
Whenever I want to look confident and graceful, I reach for a structured blazer with a textured skirt or trousers, add some gold accessories, and finish it off with my favorite heels.

@dyanabratz
Dyana reminds us that elevated chic isn’t about perfection, but instead, it’s about presence. From crisp fabrics to gold accents that quietly shine, she shows us how the smallest touches can transform an outfit into an aura. Her approach is simple: if it doesn’t fit, don’t wear it. If it compromises your modesty, don’t buy it.
Through her lens, modest fashion isn’t just about covering. It can be about curating. It’s knowing when to layer, when to let texture speak, and when to add a structured blazer to say, “I have arrived.” Dyana’s love for quality over quantity and her fearless blend of sneakers with suits reminds us that true style lives in the details and that effortlessness is, in fact, an art form.
So this week’s challenge? We don’t want you chasing any trends. We want you to embody grace, own your confidence, and remind the world that modesty has never looked this good.
Here’s how to get started:
Add small luxuries. Gold jewelry, a belt, or a structured bag can take an outfit from simple to stunning in seconds.
Stay polished. Keep your nails neat, your hair styled, and your accessories intentional. Confidence is in the details.
Break one “fashion rule”. Swap heels for sneakers with your favorite tailored look. Elegance can have edge.
Share your elevated chic moment. Tag us @veiledvisionaries_ so we can spotlight your looks this week.
xoxo,
